Oregon secured the Big Ten Championship in their debut season with a 45-37 victory over Penn State, finishing the season 13-0 and earning the No. 1 seed in the College Football Playoff. Despite being out-gained by Penn State, Oregon capitalized on two crucial interceptions thrown by Penn State's Drew Allar. Tez Johnson was a standout for Oregon with 181 receiving yards and a touchdown. Penn State's strong rushing game wasn't enough to overcome their turnovers, and they now await their seeding in the College Football Playoff.
