Panthers sign Adam Thielen to 3-year contract.

The Carolina Panthers have signed veteran wide receiver Adam Thielen on a three-year deal after he was released by the Minnesota Vikings. Thielen brings a leadership presence to the Panthers' receiver meeting room, which the team was looking for even before trading DJ Moore to the Chicago Bears. The Panthers also met with former Detroit Lions wide receiver DJ Chark on Friday, and there's still a chance the team could sign him as well. Thielen had 70 catches for 716 yards and six touchdowns last season, and has 6,682 receiving yards and 55 touchdowns over his career.
