Stephen A. Smith: WNBA Players Resent Caitlin Clark
TL;DR
Stephen A. Smith claims that WNBA players, including Chennedy Carter, resent rookie star Caitlin Clark due to jealousy and possibly racial dynamics. This follows a controversial foul by Carter on Clark, which Smith believes highlights underlying hostility towards Clark's rapid rise and attention in the league. The foul has been upgraded to a flagrant-1, but no further discipline has been imposed.
