Alexander Volkanovski and Ilia Topuria completed the build-up to their UFC 298 championship main event with an intense yet respectful final staredown at the ceremonial weigh-in. Volkanovski put his featherweight title on the line for the sixth time and expressed confidence in his ability to back up his performance in the octagon, dismissing Topuria's confidence and predicting that the challenger would "crumble" in their upcoming fight.
