"Victor Wembanyama's restraint vs. LeBron James leads Spurs to end 18-game losing streak"
TL;DR
Victor Wembanyama shows restraint as Devin Vassell shines, leading the San Antonio Spurs to a 129-115 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers and snapping their franchise-record 18-game losing streak. Wembanyama, considered a revolutionary prospect, took a backseat to teammate Vassell, who scored a career-high 36 points. Wembanyama displayed patience and maturity, taking only 13 shots and embracing the facilitator role with five assists. The Spurs' strong defense and Vassell's performance offer hope for future success.
