Apple Issues Critical Security Updates for iOS and macOS

Apple has released an emergency iOS 18.1.1 update to address two critical security vulnerabilities actively exploited in real-world attacks. The update fixes issues in the JavaScriptCore framework and WebKit, which could allow remote code execution and cross-site scripting attacks. The US Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency (CISA) has also issued a warning urging users to update their devices immediately. The vulnerabilities affect iPhones, iPads, and Macs, and users are advised to update to iOS 18.1.1 or iOS 17.7.2 to protect their devices.
