"Google Keep Enhances User Experience with Material You Design and Wear OS Tile Integration"

Google Keep app has been updated to bring a Single Note Tile to compatible Wear OS smartwatches, including the Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 5 series. The Tile lets you select one of your notes so that you can access it easily by swiping left or right from the watch face on your smartwatch. You can also add images to notes, and they will appear in this Tile. However, there is no AoD mode for Google Keep’s Tiles.
