LG Unveils 45-Inch UltraGear Evo OLED with Built-In 5K2K Upscaling

LG expands its UltraGear Evo OLED lineup with the 45-inch 45GX950B, a successor to the 45GX950A that features a 5,120×2,160 panel and 165 Hz (Dual Mode up to 330 Hz at 5,120×1,080). It includes a built-in processor that upscales any input to 5K2K and reaches up to 1,300 nits HDR (275 nits SDR); speakers are downgraded to 7 W. In Japan it lists at ¥329,800 (~$2,099) with a discount to about ¥259,800 (~$1,653) and shipments starting June 11; a May release in other markets seems unlikely.
