TL;DR

The Nintendo Switch 2 is rumored to be released in 2024, with excitement brewing among Japanese developers despite no official announcement from Nintendo. CAPCOM's Masao Kawada hinted at new consoles coming this year, and developers from Koei Tecmo and Spike Chunsoft expressed anticipation for the new system. Reports suggest the Switch 2 will feature NVIDIA DLSS technology and Ray Reconstruction, potentially outperforming PS5 and Xbox Series X|S in ray tracing. Official details are still pending, but a reveal is expected in March for a late 2024 launch.
