Investigation underway after fatal Paris stabbing attack near Eiffel Tower

French authorities are investigating a stabbing attack in Paris as terrorism after a suspect, known to them as a radical Islamist with mental health issues, stabbed a German tourist to death and injured two others near the Eiffel Tower. The attacker, who had previously been sentenced for planning another attack, shouted "Allahu Akbar" before being arrested.
