"Russia Blames Ukraine's Western Allies for Attack on Black Sea Fleet Headquarters"

Russia has accused Ukraine's Western allies of assisting in the planning and execution of last week's missile strike on the Black Sea Fleet's headquarters in Crimea. The Russian Foreign Ministry claimed that the attack was premeditated and carried out with the help of Western intelligence means, NATO satellite assets, and reconnaissance planes, in coordination with American and British security agencies. Unconfirmed reports suggest that Storm Shadow missiles provided by the UK and France were used in the attack. Russia has repeatedly alleged that the US and NATO have been involved in the conflict by supplying weapons and intelligence to Ukraine.
