Tate brothers face US extradition as UK charges mount

Controversial influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were arrested in the United States as UK prosecutors announced new charges: Andrew faces seven additional counts of rape alongside sex-trafficking and child-pornography allegations, while Tristan is charged with one count of sexual assault, two counts of rape and three counts related to trafficking for sexual exploitation. The CPS has sought their extradition from the US; the offences are alleged to have occurred between 2010 and 2017, and both brothers have denied wrongdoing.
