Tragic End for Noor Jehan, Critically Ill Elephant at Pakistan Zoo.

Noor Jehan, a 17-year-old critically ill elephant, has died at Karachi Zoo in Pakistan. Animal welfare charity Four Paws, which had been treating her, has called for the zoo's closure and the transfer of its other elephant, Madhubala, to a more appropriate location.
