Music school in Turkey survives earthquake.

The Nefes Foundation for Arts and Culture, a music school in Gaziantep, Turkey, founded by Syrian and Turkish musicians in 2016, survived the recent earthquake with minor damage. The school offers group classes and private music lessons on Middle Eastern instruments, with a mission of integrating Syrian and Turkish cultures through music. However, the earthquake has disrupted life in the region, and the school is at risk of closing down due to lack of funds. The founder, Ibrahim Muslimani, fears losing the school and the progress made towards integration and preserving Syrian heritage.
