"Russian Attacks on Ukrainian Aid Sites: A Disturbing Pattern of War Crimes"

A school building in the town of Orikhiv, Ukraine, used as a distribution center for humanitarian aid, was attacked by Russia, resulting in four deaths and at least 13 injuries.
