Arrests Made in Gruesome Headless Body Case at Japanese 'Love Hotel'

A woman and her parents have been arrested in Japan after a headless body was found in a hotel bathtub. The victim, Hitoshi Ura, was discovered in a "love hotel" in the red light district of Susukino. CCTV footage shows Ura checking in with the woman believed to be the suspect, Runa Tamura. Tamura and her father have been arrested on suspicion of conspiring to behead the victim, while her mother is alleged to have plotted to transport the head to their home. The motive for the killing is still under investigation, and the victim's head remains missing.
