Dutch Police Deploy Hologram to Crack Cold Case of Murdered Sex Worker
TL;DR
Dutch police are using a hologram of Betty Szabó, a 19-year-old sex worker murdered 15 years ago, to jog public memory and solve her case. Szabó was killed with over 70 stab wounds in Amsterdam's red light district, and the perpetrator remains unidentified. The police hope the hologram will encourage witnesses to come forward, as previous efforts were hindered by a lack of cooperation. A €30,000 reward is offered for information leading to the killer.
