Finnish driver fined over €120,000 for speeding.

Finnish businessman Andres Wiklöf has been fined €121,000 ($129,544) for speeding on the Åland Islands. Wiklöf, one of Finland's richest men, was caught driving approximately 50 mph in a 30 mph zone. Under Finland's "Day-Fine" system, an individual's income is a key determinant in the size of the fine they are issued with by law enforcement. Wiklöf has previously been issued with two other speeding fines, amounting to a total of €279,000 over the last decade.
