Israel terror attack in Tel Aviv: Father of 6 identified as car-rammer, tourists from Italy and UK among injured.
TL;DR
Yousef Abu Jaber, a 45-year-old Arab Israeli man and father of six who worked as a janitor at a nearby middle school, was shot and killed by police after carrying out a deadly car-ramming attack in Tel Aviv. The attack left one Italian tourist dead and several others injured. Abu Jaber had no known prior security offenses, and his family claims it was an accident, but surveillance footage suggests otherwise. The Shin Bet security agency is investigating the incident as a possible act of terrorism.
