Marius Borg Hoiby, the 27-year-old son of Norwegian Crown Princess Mette-Marit, has been arrested on suspicion of rape. The incident involves a sexual act without intercourse, with the victim reportedly unable to resist. Police have searched Hoiby's home and made seizures. This arrest follows previous accusations of bodily harm and domestic abuse related to an August incident, and a September arrest for violating a restraining order. Hoiby, who has no official public role, was born before Mette-Marit's marriage to Crown Prince Haakon.
