Sweden's Loreen has won the Eurovision Song Contest for a second time with her pop ballad "Tattoo," becoming just the second performer to win the competition more than once. The show was held in Liverpool, UK, on behalf of Ukraine, and paid tribute to those displaced by war. Ukraine's electronic duo Tvorchi finished sixth, while Britain ranked 25th. The top five was rounded out by Finland, Israel, Italy, and Norway.
