UK Government to Provide Free Vaping Kits to Help Smokers Quit Cigarettes

The UK government is set to launch a "swap to stop" scheme, offering up to one million smokers a vape starter kit and support to quit smoking, with pregnant women offered financial incentives to make the change. The government aims to reduce the number of smokers to 5% or less of the population from 13% now. The scheme is the first of its kind in the world.
