The UN has released a report detailing war crimes committed during the Russian invasion of Ukraine, including torture, rape, and deportation of children. The invasion has created more refugees and displaced more people than the world has seen since WWII, with around 8 million refugees from Ukraine displaced across Europe. The International Criminal Court has issued an international arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin, accusing him of war crimes, including forcibly deporting children from occupied areas of Ukraine to Russia. The US State Department has called for those responsible to be held accountable.
