Pro-Russian Blogger Killed in St. Petersburg Blast.

A woman has been added to Russia's wanted list in connection with the St. Petersburg blast that killed a military war correspondent. Germany's Vice Chancellor Robert Habeck arrived in Kyiv with a business delegation to show support for Ukraine. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is expected to visit Poland on April 5. The number of those injured in the St. Petersburg blast has risen to 32. The head of Russia's Wagner private military group said they raised a Russian flag over the besieged eastern Ukrainian city of Bakhmut on Sunday in memory of Vladlen Tatarsky, a prominent Russian military blogger who died Sunday following an explosion at a cafe in St. Petersburg.
