Russian Missile Strike on Civilian Ship in Black Sea: Ukraine's Accusations

A Russian missile struck a Liberia-flagged civilian vessel entering a Black Sea port in Ukraine's Odesa region, killing one person and injuring four others. Russia has been targeting Ukrainian port infrastructure after withdrawing from a U.N.-brokered deal that ensured safe shipments of Ukrainian grain via the Black Sea. The vessel, identified as Kmax Ruler, was loading iron ore when it was hit. Ukraine has accused Russia of carrying out 21 targeted attacks on port infrastructure, damaging over 160 facilities and 122 vehicles.
