Putin faces ICC arrest warrant for Ukraine war crimes.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin, accusing him of war crimes committed in Ukraine, including unlawful deportation of children and transfer of people from Ukraine to Russia. The ICC also issued a warrant for Maria Lvova-Belova, Russia's Commissioner for Children's Rights, on the same charges. The Kremlin has not yet responded to the warrant.
