German Police Conduct Nationwide Raids on Hamas and Samidoun Supporters

German police have conducted raids on 15 properties linked to members and supporters of Hamas following a recent ban on the activities of the Palestinian militant group. The raids targeted individuals involved in expressions of sympathy, propaganda activities, financing, and fundraising for Hamas. The crackdown is part of Germany's efforts to combat radical Islamism and antisemitism in the country. Earlier this week, police also raided the homes of 17 people accused of spreading antisemitic hate speech and threats against the Jewish community.
