Devastating floods hit earthquake-affected regions in Turkey, claiming lives.

Two cities in southeast Turkey, Sanliurfa and Adiyaman, were hit by floods, killing 14 people and leaving several others missing. The victims included survivors of last month's earthquakes who were living in container homes. The floods also caused damage to hospitals and forced the evacuation of tents. Dramatic footage showed people being rescued from the floodwaters. The governor of Sanliurfa said his province had never seen flooding like it and appealed to residents to evacuate the ground floor and basements of homes.
