Deadly Floods Devastate Rwanda and Uganda.

Heavy rain and flooding in western and northern Rwanda have killed at least 109 people, with authorities searching for survivors trapped in their homes. The death toll stood at 95 in the Western Province, with the hardest-hit districts being Rutsiro, Nyabihu, Rubavu, and Ngororero. In neighbouring Uganda, six people died overnight in the southwestern Kisoro district due to heavy rains. Emergency workers have begun excavations to retrieve the bodies.
