After a decade-long, happy marriage with little sex, a woman went on a solo camping trip and realized she was a lesbian. She came out to her husband and ended their marriage. Despite being committed to a specific vision of her life, she realized it wasn't hers and belonged to a dream. The couple had tried couples therapy and a weekend retreat to reboot their sex life, but it didn't work. The pandemic made things worse, and the woman was severely depressed. She had always considered herself heterosexual but had been attracted to women and had made out with her friends since high school.
