Allies express concern over Sudan with US Secretary of State Blinken.

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken expressed "shared deep concern" among allies about the fighting in Sudan and called for an immediate ceasefire and return to talks. At least 97 civilians have been killed in the fighting between army units and a rival paramilitary force. Blinken's views were echoed by British Foreign Secretary James Cleverly, who called upon the generals to put peace first and end the fighting.
