Armenian Official Warns Putin of Arrest If He Visits Over War Crimes

Armenia's ruling party, a longtime ally of Russia, said that Russian President Vladimir Putin would be arrested if he visited the country due to an international arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court earlier this month.
