Controversy and Protests Surround Brazil's Lula During Portugal Visit

Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva arrived in Portugal to repair relations with the EU after controversial remarks about Ukraine. Lula suggested that Ukraine should cede Crimea to Russia and claimed that the US was "stimulating" the fighting. He plans to meet with Portugal's president and prime minister, attend a Brazil-Portugal summit, and address Portugal's parliament.
