Greek forces relocated to Egypt for possible Sudan rescue mission.

Greece has announced the relocation of Air Force aircraft and members of the army’s Special Forces to Egypt for a potential rescue operation of Greek and Cypriot citizens trapped in Sudan. The Foreign Ministry is in close contact with other EU state members for a possible rescue operation of European citizens. The issue will be raised as a top priority at the EU Foreign Affairs Council on Monday.
