Kamala Harris addresses human rights and pledges aid on Africa trip.

Vice President Kamala Harris discussed human rights with Ghana's President Nana Akufo-Addo, but did not specifically comment on the anti-LGBTQ bill before parliament. Harris is on a trip to Ghana, Tanzania, and Zambia, seen as a U.S. effort to counter growing Chinese influence on the continent.
