Serbian President Holds Diplomatic Meetings Amidst Rising Tensions.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic will meet with the ambassadors of the United States, Russia, China, Britain, and the head of the European Union mission after new clashes erupted in northern Kosovo. The situation developed after ethnic Albanian mayors took office in northern Kosovo's Serb majority area after elections the Serbs boycotted. The U.S. and its allies rebuked Pristina on Friday, and EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell condemned the violence against NATO peacekeepers and urged immediate dialogue.
