The committee's scathing report recommended a 90-day suspension from Parliament and barring Johnson from receiving the pass normally given to former MPs affording them access to parliament. Johnson resigned after being given the report last Friday. The report also accused Johnson of breaking more parliamentary rules when he leaked the committee's findings.
