Zelensky accuses Russia of planning nuclear plant attack.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky claimed that Russia is planning a terrorist attack at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant, which is controlled by Russia, with the release of radiation. The destruction of a dam that provided cooling water for the plant has increased fears for Europe's biggest nuclear plant. The Kremlin denied the claims and pointed to a recent visit by the head of the UN's nuclear agency.
