Contestants Expose Shocking 'Body Checks' at Miss Universe Indonesia

Seven contestants of the Miss Universe Indonesia pageant have filed complaints with the police, accusing the organizers of sexual harassment after being forced to undergo "body checks" in front of local organizers. The checks involved stripping down to their underwear and being inspected for scars or cellulite, with some contestants being photographed topless. The Miss Universe Organization has severed ties with its Indonesian franchisee and canceled this year's Miss Universe Malaysia. The organization will make arrangements for the Indonesia 2023 title holder to compete in the upcoming Miss Universe pageant.
