Williams Sisters' Wimbledon doubles run halted by knee injury

Serena Williams has withdrawn from the Wimbledon women’s doubles with Venus Williams due to a knee injury, saying she did everything possible to be ready but the knee isn’t up to doubles. The move comes amid her comeback after a four-year layoff, during which she played singles and doubles, and postpones their bid for a seventh Wimbledon doubles title as she continues to recover.
