TL;DR
Eurostar cancelled all train services from London to Paris, Brussels, and Amsterdam on Saturday due to flooding in railway tunnels in southeastern England, affecting thousands of passengers' New Year holiday travel plans. Customers are offered a full refund or exchange, and the cause of the flooding is yet to be determined.
