TIME Magazine Recognizes Multiple US Cities as 'World's Greatest Places'
TL;DR
TIME Magazine's World's Greatest Places 2023 list includes Tampa Bay, Florida, which is described as a "sunny, accessible escape worthy of a weekend stay" due to its multi-billion dollar landmark development project, Water Street Tampa, backed by Bill Gates and Jeff Vinik. The project includes a pedestrian promenade, five-star hotel, and a food hall inside a restored trolley warehouse. Tampa Bay is coined an "entrepreneur and millennial magnet" and is the only US city on the list.
