Five Fresh Bombshells From Earl Spencer’s Diana Memoir
TL;DR
Fresh excerpts from Earl Spencer’s Swan Song: Diana, My Sister publish new royal claims, including Prince Charles reportedly behaving like a “lottery winner” after Diana’s death and questions over the funeral arrangements, plus Spencer’s account of the Queen’s allegedly curt reaction to the crash and his rejection of a posthumous HRH restoration. Buckingham Palace says grief can cloud reason as the memoir is serialized by the Daily Mail ahead of publication and Spencer gives a BBC interview asserting the truth of his statements.
