Gaza's Al Shifa Hospital: A Devastating Bloodbath

The World Health Organization (WHO) has described Gaza's Al Shifa hospital as a "bloodbath," with only basic trauma stabilization, a severe shortage of staff, and no blood for transfusions. The hospital is overwhelmed with hundreds of wounded patients, new arrivals every minute, and trauma injuries being treated on the floor. Only four out of 24 hospitals in north Gaza are partially functioning, and tens of thousands of displaced people are seeking shelter at Al Shifa.
