Border strikes widen as Russia targets Ukraine’s Moldova routes to choke trade

ISW assesses that Russia is escalating strikes on Ukraine-Moldova border infrastructure to disrupt ground routes (GLOCs) and grain exports, part of a broader effort to isolate Ukraine from Europe and deter Moldova and regional partners, while continuing attacks on Ukrainian port infrastructure.
