
Missouri Man Convicted for Shooting Amazon Driver in Parking Dispute.
A 70-year-old man from St. Charles, Missouri, was found guilty of first-degree assault and armed criminal action for shooting an Amazon delivery driver in March 2019. The shooting occurred during a dispute over a disabled parking spot, and the victim, 21-year-old Jaylen Walker, was left paralyzed from the waist down. The defendant, Larry Thomlison, had confronted Walker for illegally parking in a disabled spot and punched him before shooting him in the back when they fell to the ground. Thomlison will be sentenced on May 1.
