Dog Trainer Arrested for Animal Abuse and Theft Charges in Florida
A 21-year-old dog trainer with a large TikTok following has been arrested and charged with five counts of animal cruelty after being caught on video choking and kicking animals. The trainer, Blessing Knighten, was reported to authorities by another dog trainer who had seen the videos. Knighten has denied the charges and claimed that her former employer instructed her to mistreat the dogs. She was also arrested for allegedly stealing over $4,000 worth of items from the business where she worked. Knighten is set to appear in court on May 22.
