An Amber Alert has been issued for two missing children, 4-year-old Elowyn Duren and 1-year-old Vaelyn Duren, who were last seen in Berlin with their father, Dustin Mark Duren. The father was driving a white 2017 Subaru Impreza with NH veteran registration V69023 and was last spotted in the Concord area. Authorities believe Duren is armed and dangerous and advise against approaching him.
