Tragedy at East 55th Marina: Woman pulled from waters dies.
A 26-year-old woman has died after being pulled out of the waters of the East 55th Marina unresponsive in Cleveland. Two bystanders who tried to help the woman refused treatment from EMS. The cause of the woman's death and how she ended up in the water are currently unknown.
