Family of missing disabled Texas boy flees on international flight before Amber Alert issued.
The vehicle of a missing six-year-old disabled boy's family has been found abandoned at DFW Airport in Texas. The boy, Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez, was not listed as a passenger on the international flight his mother, stepfather, and six other siblings boarded on March 23. Authorities have turned an Amber Alert for Noel into an Endangered Missing Persons Alert and obtained an arrest warrant for his mother for allegedly giving a false report about a missing person. Police are seeking the public's help in finding Noel, who requires oxygen at certain points in time.
